A little update from the Popin team

Let’s be honest. The internet promised us connection. What we got was an endless scroll of content, a sea of comments no one reads, and the faint hope that maybe just maybe our favorite creator will notice us someday.

Spoiler, they won’t. Not because they don’t care, but because the system isn’t built for that. It’s built for views, likes, and engagement metrics. Not conversations. Not real moments.

That bothered us. So we decided to fix it.

What We’re Building

Popin is a platform where fans and creators actually meet. Face to face. Live video. Real conversations.

No algorithms deciding who gets seen. No DMs disappearing into the void. Just a simple idea: if you want to talk to someone you admire, you should be able to book time with them and they should get paid for showing up.

We’re not going to pretend we’ve got it all figured out. We’re in the messy, exciting, “things break sometimes” phase of building something new. The foundation is solid. The app is taking shape. And every day, we’re getting closer to the version of Popin we’ve been dreaming about.
